❥ Customers in Jeddah
Ready-to-Deliver Products
- Returns: Items can only be returned at the time of delivery, provided that a note requesting a fitting is added when placing the order.
- Free Fitting Duration: 10 minutes. After that, additional delivery charges will apply (only for ready-to-deliver products).
Made-to-Order Products
- Returns: Products cannot be returned after delivery, as they are made according to the customer"s specific measurements.
- Exchanges: Products can be exchanged for a different size only within 24 hours of receiving the order.
❥ Customers Outside Jeddah (Worldwide)
Ready-to-Deliver Products
- Returns: Returns are not accepted.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed only if the size is incorrect, and the item will be replaced with a different size.
Made-to-Order Products
- Returns: Products cannot be returned after delivery, as they are custom-made to the customer"s specifications (size).
- Exchanges: Products can be exchanged for a different size only within 24 hours of receiving the order.

❥ Exchanges
- The timeline for the new item begins after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Exchange Fee: SAR 70 (applies inside and outside Jeddah).
❥ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- If cancelled midway through processing due to oversight or a missed event date, the amount will be refunded to store credit only.
- Refund timeline for electronic payments: 5–15 business days.
